Abstract
In the last part of our series, we looked at how to set up the right collaboration within the counselling team, i.e. within our school counselling centre. We set up communication flows, regular meetings and ways of sharing information.
Even though we have a SPC composed of excellent professionals, we cannot do without collaboration with external entities. Some collaboration is mandatory and some arises logically from the actual needs of the school.
