Comparison of Czech and Russian declension of nouns and adjectives with a focus on teaching Czech for foreigners I, II

Publication

Abstract

The unequal functional loading of similar grammatical structures of closely related languages is the cause of frequent interference phenomena, the knowledge of which can significantly help in the creation of teaching materials and in teaching with an address orientation. A comparative synchronic and diachronic analysis of both declension systems leads to the proposal of a dual concept of a summary declension table, which can serve as a starting model for the further systematization of nominal paradigmatic sets.
