With the increased availability of imaging methods, the detection of incidentally detected adrenal tumours - incidentalomas - is increasing. In particular, hormonally active tumours and expansions that are suspicious based on size and/or radiological criteria are indicated for further follow-up or surgical treatment.
We present the case of a 74-year-old female patient with adrenal incidentaloma, which was histologically verified as adrenal schwannoma.
