Abstract
The chapter deals with the general interpretation of the regulation and the execution of a decision under the Code of Civil Procedure. As part of the 1st update of the 3rd edition of the publication, major changes have been added to reflect amendments to the Civil Procedure Code, new case law and new specialist literature on the subject
