Abstract
The chapter gives an interpretation of two fundamental ways of carrying out enforcement, namely the sale of movable property and the sale of immovable property by auctioning it. As part of the 1st update of the 3rd edition of the publication, major changes have been added to reflect amendments to the Civil Procedure Code, new case law and new specialist literature on the subject
