Abstract
The chapter describes the security institute of a judge's lien on immovable property, which is not used to pay creditors' claims, but to secure their legal status. As part of the 1st update of the 3rd edition of the publication, major changes have been added to reflect amendments to the Civil Procedure Code, new case law and new specialist literature on the subject
