Functional sample G2 - Chromatographic column with a chiral phase bound by electrostatic interaction
Abstract
A chiral chromatographic column was prepared in which the newly synthesized chiral modifier is bound to silica gel through electrostatic interaction. The stability of this solid phase and its ability to separate analytes was demonstrated.
