In the first part of our series, we looked at the composition of the school counselling centre and the individual members of this very important team in the school. We discussed the different roles and responsibilities and looked at the vitality pyramid.
So overall we have tried to create a useful, effective, stable and dynamic team to support the school in challenging areas and problem situations. We now need to set up appropriate ways of working together to ensure that the team assembled functions effectively and fulfils its important function in the long term.
