Abstract
The lecture dealt with selected issues of law in the specific case of the death of Grzegorz Przemyk and subsequent investigation and trial, but it also dealt with other issues of the state and law in Poland during the state of war (1981-1983), both legal institutions and the authorities or personalities of the time.
