Abstrakt
This paper aims to develop an analytical framework against which ideologies can be examined and conceptually ranked. This approach refers to the ideas of Michel Foucault - grids of knowledge, regimes of truth - and the work of Carl Schmitt - dichotomous delineation and its intensity.
By linking these two approaches, an operational framework emerges through which ideologies can be viewed in a new, unifying topographical space. The article also discusses the conceptual definition of ideology from the perspective of classical political science, in contrast to the conceptual definition assumed by the theoretical construct presented.
