Previously expressed wishes (comparison of the German and Spanish law)

Abstract

Legislation Guidelines Do Not Resuscitate in the Czech legal environment and its international comparison. Analysis of treatment in Germany and Spain.

The conclusion shows the need to institute a legal version of the spoken wishes even before the Czech law.
