Abstract
The book Klimatické právo [Climate Law] is the first systematic elaboration of the new field of climate law in the Czech environment (and one of the first in Europe). Our aim was to capture and develop the theories underpinning this emerging branch of law, the importance of which in addressing the most severe global challenge of our time, climate change, has grown significantly over the last decade.
