How has the pandemic changed the free time of children and young people? Do e-books compete with the traditional printed book? Do children still use libraries? How do young people imagine an ideal library? These and other questions are answered by the results of the third repeated national survey of children and youth, focusing on book reading, reading behavior, usual ways of spending free time, the effects of the family and school environment, as well as on children's relationship to books and reading in general. The representative survey took place in 2021 and is a follow-up to surveys from 2017 and 2013.
