Abstract
Diagnosis and treatment of endo-periodontal lesions is demanding on dentist because for treatment planning and successful outcome of therapy is necessary to have profound knowledge of two dental disciplines - Endodontics and Periodontology. If the prevailing component of endo-periodontal lesion is misdiagnosed, it leeds to poor treatment outcome.
In case report is showed how proper diagnosis and treatment planning influence treatment outcome.
