Abstract
Spatial nature conservation is a key tool for preventing anthropogenetic pressure on the landscape. It has consequences in habitat loss, increasing fragmentation and inappropriate management, leading to loss of biodiversity.
Since 1991, the Šumava NP has been a good laboratory for such analyses.
