The contribution explains the emergence and importance of the document The Foundations of the Social-Ethical Orientation (ZSEO) of the Czechoslovak Hussite Church in the context of the discussion after the Second Vatican Council. It compares the document with similar documents summarized in the Compendium of the Social Doctrine of the Church.
