Abstract

The conference paper discusses the interconnections between spirituality, religion, secularization and agnosticism. The paper reflects on spirituality from an anthropological point of view as the existential structure of human existence, on religion as a tool that works with this structure, on secularization as a process of recycling spirituality and religion, and on the role of active agnostics who encounter spirituality and religion in a fluid phase of recycling.
