Abstract

The scientific monograph "Cognitive and motion training in seniors with mild cognitive impairment" focuses on a comprehensive description and the latest scientific knowledge on diagnostic and therapeutic methods in the given subject matter. Aging reduces all cognitive functions, including attention, memory and psychomotor speed.

Balance disorders may gradually develop. This situation negatively affects the execution of activities of daily living.

For these reasons, it is necessary to monitor the effects of interventions that could positively influence the difficulties encountered in high-risk groups of seniors with mild cognitive impairment.
