Abstract
This contribution introduces the basic information about 3D printing methods to electrochemists, to help them in the application of this fabrication method in their research. The principles of the main printing techniques are explained.
Attention is paid to the structure of the resulting products, the chemical interaction of the printed items with common chemicals, and the possible combination of the printing materials.
