Abstract
This chapter discusses selected new changes in the legislation regarding the execution of sentences and protective measures from recent times. Some problems that application practice has recently faced are also mentioned, whether it is the issue of the implementation of punishments imposed under the previous legislation for the new ones or the issue connected with the imposition of summary punishments and the cancellation of other content-related decisions.
