Abstract
The chapter deals with systemic strategy and multidisciplinary cooperation in palliative care. It is based on the knowledge that most people want to know information about their disease and its prognosis, and are mainly afraid of pain, loneliness and loss of dignity.
The presented case study provides an example of accompanying the dying, which includes a mapping interview, determination of needs and the proposal of suitable interventions.
