Abstrakt
At its emergence in the 19th century, photography was the driving factor in a process of upheaval in which the understanding of the subject that had guided us until then changed forever. If one asks about the philosophical in the photographic, photography not only acts as an indicator in this change, but at the same time exhibits a potential that is partly destined to overturn philosophizing.
And this philosophical content can in turn have an effect on a philosophical interpretation of photography.
