The glandular odontogenic cyst (GOC) is a clinically and histopathologically rare type of odontogenic cyst which occurs in jaws bones, predominantly in the mandible. Regarding rare occurrence of this benign lesion, which presents only tens of cases reporting all over the world, and regarding its specific clinical features the authors describe own case of GOC detected in the maxilla, which was complicated by the early recurrence - 6 months after the surgical treatment.
