Abstrakt
Diabetic foot syndrome belongs to the late complications of diabetes. It influences not only the quality of life, but also morbidity and mortality of patients with this diagnosis.
Therapy of the diabetic foot syndrome must be complex with the participation of radiologist, vascular or general surgeon, prosthetist, dietologist, educational and podiatric nurse, psychologist and also dermatologist in addition to diabetologist.
