Abstract
The rheumatoid factor interference from immunoassays has been known since their introduction. Despite the efforts of all manufacturers to minimize these interferences, we still encounter them today.
They are often difficult to identify due to their relative rarity and persistent increase or decrease in the value of the given analyte. This case report shows the rather difficult identification of this interference.
