Abstract
This research report describes the electrophoretic determination of undesirable components of coolants for recycling and subsequent recyclate. These are primarily the determination of tantalum in a matrix also containing niobium and also a determination of phosphates and borates.
An SPE preconcentration technique has been proposed for low-content tantalum matrices. All methods have been validated and tested on real waste coolant samples.
