Abstract
The monograph summarizes current findings on the issue of kidney transplants. Its authors are professionals from various fields who have long-term clinical and research experience with kidney transplants.
The issue of transplantation is interdisciplinary, and therefore this postgraduate monograph is intended not only for nephrologists and surgeons, but also for internists, immunologists, pathologists, anesthesiologists, radiologists, general practitioners and other readers interested in this dynamically developing field. The book contains a number of treatment schemes and recommendations and contains dozens of color and black and white illustrations.
This is the first monograph written in Czech that deals separately with the issue of kidney transplants.
