Visual comparison of different image sets is a common part of a radiologist's work, how-ever, performing the so-called "side-by-side" reading in two windows or even monitors is very time and attention and risky for mistakes. The article presents instructions and examples using MR and CT image fusions in the common practice of a radiologist, where these procedures mean a significant benefit in diagnostics and also fundamentally contribute to the presentation of the identified changes.

Current software tools allow its very simple implemen-tation in the routine work of a radiologist.
