Abstract
During the first part of the workshop, the participants got acquainted with the basic principles of outdoor escape games, then tried a short outdoor escape game.
The second part of the workshop was devoted to how to create an escape game and then to a discussion about the possibilities of using these games not only in teaching German as a foreign language.
