Keynote speech: In the search for lex loci extera in administrative law

Abstrakt

Can legal system travel throught the borders and gain impacts in other legal frameworks? In the field of private law, application of forreign private law (lex loci extera) has been traditionally recognised, as various regimes of private law have been considered as being equal. This keynote speech is devoted to the question, whether administrative law is able to travel through the borders of the legal systems and gain impacts abroad.
