We would like to congratulate Galib et al. on publishing their interesting study titled above. However, there are some concerns that might deem necessary to be shared with the readers of the Indian Journal of Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery regarding the diagnosis of Galib et al.'s presented case.
