Abstrakt
The focus is on Russian medical emigrants in Czechoslovakia during the interwar period. Initially privileged by the Czechoslovak government, a group of Russian medical students who received asylum, the right to study, and scholarships later turned out to be one of the most discriminated professional communities.
The article deals with the causes of this phenomenon, as well as its consequences.
