Abstract

The chapter describes the theoretical background of the concept of commodal/HyFlex teaching, compares it with hybrid teaching and specifies under which conditions and how this teaching can be conducted. The aim is to present know-how that will allow the reader to prepare for this challenging form of teaching in advance.

The chapter summarizes the experience of online teaching during a pandemic.
