Abstrakt
This paper examines the topic of Privacy at Work in the Czech Republic, with a specific emphasis on health-related data, including drug testing, HIV testing, and COVID-19 testing. Furthermore, it investigates the implications of artificial intelligence and technological surveillance in relation to privacy concerns.
The study aims to shed light on the current state of privacy regulations in the Czech Republic and provide insights into the challenges posed by the increasing use of advanced technologies in workplace surveillance.
