Abstract
This paper introduces open-source sonification software that represents a real-time stream of time-series data as notes on a musical scale. The software comprises a data processing unit and a signal-to-sound conversion unit.
Before being expressed as a note on a musical scale of predefined length and character, each chunk of the incoming data stream is transformed into a parameter representing its relative position in the original population.
