Abstract
This is a foreword to the book written by Dr. Tsewang Gyalpo Arya, which contains the concept of studies in myth, religion, and history of Tibet.
In order to attest the arguments presented by the author in the book, in my foreword, I mentioned several conclusions of recent research works of other scholars. In addition, I discussed how the book can help deepen our understanding of Trans-Himalayan cultures: by addressing so many crucial topics presented by Dr.
Arya.
