Abstract

A manual and communication cards that are designed primarily for firefighters and emergency responders to communicate with persons with comprehension or speech difficulties. Whether persons with hearing impairments, strangers, or children.

The cards are also available for use by the public primarily for communication in a health or property threat situation.
