Abstract

Working with students with behavioral disorders (now with challenging behavior) is currently still a topical topic, as it is a part of education. In the Czech Republic, an inclusive approach is a process in which limits must always be sought so that it can be further improved.

A special pedagogue is assigned to work in an inclusive class, and a social pedagogue specializes in working with students with behavioral disorders, who is currently not part of the country's legal system. The teacher must deal with the education of students with behavioral disorders individually.

He has the possibility to use the services of a school psychologist or an educational consultant and contact the pedagogical-psychological counseling center (PPP). In the education of pupils with behavioral disorders, the cooperation of a special pedagogue, a social pedagogue, a school psychologist, an educational consultant, a school prevention methodologist and a social worker is key.

Cooperation is important in the field of organizations such as special pedagogic centers, educational care centers, the department of social and legal protection of children, educational institutes, diagnostic institutes, the Police of the Czech Republic, etc. It is also desirable to constantly supplement knowledge about this specific group of pupils as part of lifelong education.
