The impact of the Greek Revolution of 1821 on the Principalities of Wallachia and Moldavia in the Czech press

Abstract
The chapter presents for the first time publications of Czech newspapers and magazines related to the revolutionary events that took place in the Principalities of Wallachia and Moldavia in the first half of 1821. At the same time, there are references to the knowledge that the Czechs of that period had about Ancient and Modern Greece and the presence of Greeks in the Danube region.
