The Nuremberg Trial is a part of the post-war restoration of law. Since the time it took place to this clay, this trial has been a subject of controversy.
To its supporters it was legal and legitimate. To its critics, it is the right of winners.
This text attempts to resolve the controversy. The author evaluates the Nuremberg Trial through the prism of justice.
An abundant body of evidence has been gathered in support of this standpoint.
