Abstract
The authors in their contribution focused on the issue of recognition and enforcement of judgments between the Czech Republic and Ukraine. The authors dealt not only with the process of recognition and enforcement of judgments, but also with the legal regulation, noting, inter alia, that on 24 April 2023, the Council of the European Union agreed to establish treaty relations with Ukraine in the framework of the Hague Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters.
