Abstract
Italian Renaissance painter Giovanni Francesco di Niccolo Luteri known as Dosso Dossi worked mainly in Ferrara, he came out of Giorgione's Venetian painting, then he came into contact with Titian, Raphael and Michelangelo and inspired Annibale Carracci. His lush fantasy world charmed artists and clients, for whom he frescoed the Imperial Villa in Pesaro or the Buonconsiglio Castle in Trento.
