Abstract

The life on the Earth is very likely introduced and permanently influenced by various microbes. Microbes impact the human evolution.

Evolutionary interplay between microbes and human is so significant that part of human genome is rooted in microbial world. The principal source of energy in human cells is formed by mitochondria, endosymbionts of archebacterial origin.

Contemporary humankind is the result of permanent natural selection preasure with substantial participation of microbial pathogens. Until now medicine is largely focused on pathogenic microorganisms.

However, huge summ of scientific informations are gained recently evidenced that human body is inhabited by numerous microbial communities, microbiota which is essential for health. There is the sudden loss of natural contacts with microbial world in modern human population.

In addition, there is increased exposure of human to abnormal environmental microbiota which are negatively influenced by deterioration of environment.
