Abstract
The chapter in the monograph deals with the definition of the concept of illegal work, especially in connection with the current understanding of dependent work with regard to the established case law of the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court. The chapter also discusses the proposals of the Interministerial Authority for Combating Illegal Employment as well as the proposal of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, while discussing their impact on the application practice.
