Abstract
In this chapter of the monograph, the author addresses the issue of crowdsourcing in the context of dependent work, first of all by defining the terms crowdsourcing and crowdworking, then by confronting the characteristics of dependent work with the nature of crowdsourcing, and finally by responding to the current judicial decision-making practice in this area across Europe.
