Abstract
The chapter deals with the theoretical and legal issues of commercial law facts first in general terms, then with selected facts, such as power of attorney, resolution of the body of a commercial corporation, voting in the decision-making of the body of a commercial corporation and invitation to the general meeting of a capital company.
