Two Aspects of the Binding Effect of Decisions of Union Courts, in Particular the General Court of the CJEU

Abstract

The paper focuses on the binding nature of judgments on direct actions in relation to the addressees of the decision, on the concept of binding force in EU jurisprudence, but also on the understanding of the binding nature of judgments within the EU court system.
