New EU Regulation and Consumer Protection: Are National Bodies up to the Task?

Abstrakt

This research focuses on often overlooked part of consumer protection: its enforcement. It focuses on capabilities and competency of national enforcement bodies and their employees when enforcing digital consumer rights.

The research is mainly based on qualitative research method consisting of interviews with key employees of selected national enforcement bodies.
