This paper focuses on the topic of wellbeing in direct actors of education, i.e. teachers and pupils.
In the introduction, it presents wellbeing from the perspective of several world authorities such as
WHO, OECD and UNICEF. Then the specifics of wellbeing in the Czech educational environment are described from the perspective of educational policy makers and decision makers in the field. The concept of wellbeing of education actors at the national level is examined in particular in the context of the activities of the Partnership for Education 2030+ project and in the context of school climate
