Abstrakt
The monograph is one of the first comprehensive theoretical and legal works studies of socio-economic and cultural rights and freedoms internally displaced persons and their guarantees in the domestic legal system science, in which systematic processing and formation was carried out modern understanding of socio-economic and cultural rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons, the specifics of the guarantees are disclosed ensuring these rights and freedoms and further ways of improvement, taking into account international experience and European integration of Ukraine. In the conditions of armed aggression and occupation of part of the territory of Ukraine the problem of mass internal migration arose. Overcoming negative consequences and provision of socio-economic and cultural rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons currently exist a powerful challenge for the Ukrainian state and one of the criteria development of a democratic society
